Our agency weekly business review have special guess. Our agency leader, Eimir has invited Robert Foo for sharing session. Rebert have been a sales person for 40 years and 27 years experience in selling Life Insurance with Prudential Assurance Malaysia Berhad. He also is a Life Member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT). He also is a blogger and i always reading his blog Wisdom of Life and this evening i have a chance to see him face to face.
The 2 hours sharing session are really great. The title was, "The final sprint & What is next?" This sharing session help us to boost our sales, the final sprint before the year closes. He has share his experience in sales over 40 years with us, and he said mistakes is the best teacher for us because without mistakes we will never learn.Besides that he give us the formula in selling life insurance successfully and permanently, the formula is simple,...be the ideal man. It's just like searching a man or woman to fall in love with. What is the qualities or criteria that you want to find an ideal man @ woman, you can fall for. If you can be an ideal man @ woman to your couples or spouse, then you will be able to be an ideal agents to your prospect.
